Work Experience:
minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Animation/VFX industry working on composition. Experience in handling simple to complex compositing tasks including 2D tracking, Blue/Green screen extractions, Roto and cleanup work. Good experience in Roto and Prep will be an added advantage. Candidates should be adept in compositing photorealistic images of high – quality and skills to composite 2D / 3D elements with the input.
Skills required & Job description:
Knowledge of compositing programs. Candidate should be adept at a wide range of relevant programs such as After Effects, Blackmagic Fusion, Maya, Nuke and Photoshop. Candidate should have a knowledge of the animation production pipeline and have a thorough understanding of the computer-generated animation process. An understanding of stereo 3D and anamorphic compositing in Nuke is highly appreciated.
Skills desired:
Hands on experience in software like After Effects, Nuke, Fusion, Maya & Photoshop.

Candidate should be able to communicate his/her points to his supervisor & colleagues. Language is not a barrier as our teams are comfortable in conversing in English, Hindi, or Marathi. Candidate should be self-starter and able to take initiatives to enable the team deliver projects on or before time. Candidate should understand that customer’s experience and satisfaction is paramount. He/she should be skilled at multitasking and collaborate with Animators/other artists/Creative Directors on projects. Candidate should be comfortable with fast paced working culture without losing an eye for detailing on quality output and results. He/she should be calm under pressure and assist the team in completion of project deliverables. We encourage team effort, therefore needless to say we need team players. The candidate should be ready to handle internal and/or customer feedback and troubleshoot any issues if required to assist final deliveries. Candidate should develop creative and problem solving approaches to constantly deliver excellent results with minimal supervision. Candidates should show attention to detail to be able to scrutinize the media and work on compositions until they appear cohesive and consistent. A solid understanding of composition, colour theory, and image properties and an eye for photography and practical lighting is helpful.
