Work Experience:

6 to 8 years of working experience in a marketing function. Out of which at least 2 years should be in inbound lead generation and marketing support for business growth. Candidates who have worked in a startup environment will be preferred. 

Skills required:

The candidate should be well versed with tools like HubSpot / Lead generation through email marketing, LinkedIn Sales navigator, or other software like Sales force/Zoho etc. The candidate should have working experience of building traction and customer interaction over social media platforms like Instagram / YouTube / LinkedIn / Behance etc. Candidates with above skills and having expertise in Canva, Microsoft office – word, excel & power point will have an edge.

Educational background:

B.E/BMS/BA, MBA in marketing 

Job Profile: 

  • Candidate should be able to craft strategies for all marketing related communications & creatives which leads to brand awareness.
  • Create and deliver on organisation brand building
  • To run digital and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads from prospective domestic and international customers.
  • Create content marketing strategy and develop content through in-house teams and / or external agencies.
  • Manage SEO, social media marketing, content creation, video marketing, PR & on ground marketing.
  • Provide marketing support to internal functions like HR, Sales etc.
  • Understand B2B funnel management and work towards building, growing leads.
  • Make marketing budgets and adhere to them.

Other Requirements:

Candidate should be highly driven and a self-starter. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate their point in a lucid manner. Candidate should be open to collaborating with team members and open to new ideas. Candidate should be comfortable with fast paced working culture without losing an eye for detailing on quality output and results. Work with leadership team to achieve the company goals. Candidate should see the larger picture of marketing being a sales enabler & not a vanity window for promotions alone. Experienced to understand that marketing is a key support function in generating revenue & top of mind recall or a B2B company.
